Summary: “So it took a lot to make Jongin unplug from his own world to take notice of another dancer. But Zhang Yixing did just that. That was because, for the first time, there were words in another person’s dance to respond to his.”
( Jongin spoke only one language, and that language was dance )
Author’s Note: This was a really fun one to write (involving watching various videos of Kai and Lay dancing over and over again... for the sake of “research,” of course). A disclaimer: I’m not a dancer, so whatever I said about Kai and Lay’s dancing I’m sure is amateurish. But it was too intriguing a topic to leave alone, so this is what I’ve come up with.
This fic was inspired by these quotes: 1 2 3 and various other interviews where Lay and Kai have talked about each other. (Please excuse my spazzing in those posts lol.)
